Background
Michael Meister is an illustrator based in Basel, Switzerland. He studied graphic design in the early 1980's and initially worked as a freelance artist for Swiss advertising companies, newspapers, and magazines first. His work took him to Paris, to Italy, and to Germany, where he worked for companies such as Daimler-Chrysler, and then to New York for a few years and started to work with Wanda Nowak.
